Privacy

Everything you buy runs on your AI account — your Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Cursor. Your prompts, your inputs and the output you generate never touch our servers, because there is no point at which they could. We hold no API keys of yours and we run no model.

This is not a promise about our conduct. It is a consequence of how the product is built.

• Your email address — to send your download link and to let you re-download later. This is the only thing we genuinely need.
• Your order record — what you bought, the amount, and the payment reference, because we are required to keep records of sales.
• Your IP address at the moment of ordering — for fraud prevention on manual payments.
• Your Google account name and email, if you choose to sign in with Google. We request nothing beyond basic profile and email.

• We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
• We do not profile you, build an advertising audience from your behaviour, or share your purchase history with anyone beyond what is described under Analytics below.
• We do not add you to marketing email without you asking for it.

We set one session cookie so that logging in and checkout work. That is a strictly functional cookie and the site cannot operate without it.

We also use Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies to tell a returning visit from a new one and to show us which page an order came from. We use it to see whether the site is working, not to follow you around the internet.

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is used — which pages people read, where they arrive from, and which of them end in a purchase. When we run ads, we also use Google Ads and Meta measurement tags so we can tell which advert produced a sale. That is the whole purpose: knowing what to keep paying for.

What those tools receive: the page you viewed, a randomly generated visitor ID, your approximate location from your IP address, your device and browser, and — on a completed order — the order reference and the amount. They never receive the files you bought, anything you type into a skill, or any prompt or output. That data never reaches our servers either, which is the point of the product.

Google and Meta act as our processors for this and run their own retention rules. You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely with the official browser add-on, or block these tags with any content blocker — the store, checkout and your downloads all work normally without them.

Order and payment records are kept as long as we are required to keep records of sales. Your account and email are kept until you ask us to delete them.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to erase it. Write to us via the contact page and we will action it. Note that erasing your account does not erase order records we are obliged to retain.
